The 504 is that? I actually really like it in pictures I have seen. Why did you not take it? What didn't you like about it?

I understand. I have a sickness where I can't pay msrp for anything. Its a princable thing more than a money issue. Even rare hard to get items like particular cars, etc.... I just can't. If you were ment to buy it, you would have got a token discount, spare strap, something.... There is always another watch.

The 512 has that flat look of the 532 that I like for sure.

How was the ecru lume? In some pictures it just looks too fauxtina for me and is my biggest doubt about the piece......

the "fauxtina" may be apparent in the 47mm 514 (which i was not impressed with)
on the 512 otoh not so obvious ,, might be due to the smaller dial

Looks like it was a fun trip to the AD, woohoo! Ok, so you left without the 532, but there will be another another grail-PAM with your name on down the road...

i like the 292 personally but those ceramic references are notorious for being brittle and it just so happened that on the same day i was at the Panerai boutique a customer ruined a 292 when he dropped it on the floor while trying it on !!
