Vintage Rolex Tudor ID

Hi,

I am looking for some help identifying this watch, and finding out what it is worth. I got it from a watchmaker about 18 years ago. At the top of the face it says Rolex Tudor and at the bottom it reads Shockresisting. Any help members can give me in identifying this watch (age, model, etc.) would be greatly appreciated. My apologies for the quality of the photos, I was having a real battle with the camera.

Thanks,

Mark
