Houston AD

I have acquired a SeaDweller that needs to be serviced and get a new crystal. Does anyone have a favorite AD in Houston where I should take it to get this done? Also, does anyone know how long it should take to get it all done? Thanks all!

Shannon's Fine Jewerly on 1960 has a great repair specialist on site. Factory trained. Restored my wife's datejust in a couple of weeks.

I would recommend shipping it directly to the Dallas RSC.

I would either ship it to Dallas Service Center or we could do it for you. We are not an AD but we have dealt in pre-owned for 30 years. Our technician has 30 years dealing with the almighty crown.

I'm in the process of lightly restoring a Sea Dweller 1665 right now (one of our personal watches).

And they (Don's place) will make good on the (3 yr) warranty if it kills them.

My wife's TT DJ had an intermittent issue and of course it wouldn't happen while they had it!!! It took 3 or 4 tries but it got ironed out and the watchmaker he is referring to is very good about explaining what was done. I don't generally make recommendations, but on this they get mine.

As stated in Dallas there is an authorized repair center owned by Rolex. But they are very expensive so if you can find a Rolex trained technician you might get a price break!!!

Yes we are less than the ARC.

I've heard less-than-stellar things about the Dallas RSC, especially in regards to customer service...
