Clicking 3 months after servicing

Ok so I just got my watch serviced not too long ago. Everything I thought was fine except for 2 flecks of dust stuck to the inside of the crystal. So now a few months later I have my watch up to my ear while gently moving it back and forth and there is a slight click with the oscillation. I put it on a padded round to make sure it wasn't links moving. It's definantly a click at about the same place when the rotor moves. Is this something I just didn't hear before or a loose piece after the service?

I hear these clicks on all my automatic watches. I think its the one way spring clicking that allows the barrel to be wind but not unwind to the rotor.
