Go to the Grand Bazaar , be warned it is a huge and very confusing place , with hundreds , if not over a thousand , shops. I was there in September 2012 . I did see
one small shop selling previously owned Rolex. As to how many of them were vintage , I can't say, the owner had gone off for some reason. I waited for about 30 minutes , got bored and left. One thing about Turks , if they don't have something in stock , they always know someone who does . They're great to do business with , my Turkish friend described the sellers , in the Grand Bazaar ..thus..... '' They can catch birds...with their mouths ! '' Great people, great country , Enjoy !.

yes, when my dad was a kid he visited turkey and they went to the grand bazaar because some old relatives had saved up a bunch of gold coins and ended up giving it all to my dad, and he had to sell the gold sadly because turkey didn't allow people to take gold out of the country. my dad said that the grand azaar just had thousands of places to shop at with plenty of luxurys there. Its definatley on my list of places to see when i visit

I recently went back to the Grand Bazaar… There is nothing interesting, but spotted a few fake watches. Food was great!
