Fat font insert in near perfect condition. There is one blemish at the '53' position, and a little wear behind the '20'. I believe this is a Mark 3 'hooked 5', but I find these inserts hard to differentiate. I have shown it compared to a known 'long 5' to help you decide what it is. It might also be considered kissing '4', but to my eye there is the slightest space between the '4' and the '0', which I have tried to show in the photos.
