FS: Wittnauer ref. 242T Chronograph Very Rare Dial

Offered for sale is a gorgeous example of the rare Wittnauer ref. 242t / 8024 chronograph powered by the iconic Valjoux 72 movement in great condition fitted with the seldom seen and simpler solo dial.

Details:

Dial: The original solo dial is in great condition with a gorgeous cream patina and matching hands. There are some small oxidation spots on various parts of the dial mainly concentrated along the other edge between the 12 and 1 o’clock markers and 8 and 9 o’clock markers.

Case: Stainless steel case is very thick and appears to have never been polished. There is a scratch on the side of the case as shown in the pictures below.

Strap: The watch comes fitted with a brand new hand-stitched leather strap.

Additional: The watch currently runs but service history is unknown.

Returns only accepted within 3 days of receipt if item is not as described and is returned in the same exact condition as it was originally sold.
