Ss sports watches should be all brushed !

I think the shiny case on the dive watches should be brushed. They look less flashy and show less wear. Easy to make new looking too. I’d be tempted to have it done , resale be damned.

You are certainly free to do as you wish with your watch. I however like the contrast between the brushed and polished surfaces on my SS watches.

Hello from the States. Prefer a mixture of surface finishing. Though, do not like too much reflective surfaces.

To get rid of all the shiny would make it not a Rolex. Rolex is flashy for a reason remember

Hey Canucks . I did that to a Breitling blackbird many years ago. Loved it. Hell 2 bucks worth or scotchbright and 15 mins and I can do yours for you! Who’s in ??;)

I’m also a big fan of the brushed look vs polished.

I’m good with the brushed look, so long as you don’t take it to PVD territory

I love the polished sides, but not a fan of polished lugs and center links.
