Jubilee

After several purchases this year I was able to score the new Batman. I refuse to call it by the nickname everyone else has decided to give it. From a cosmetic standpoint I definitely feel that jubilee looks less masculine than an oyster bracelet, but it definitely feels extremely comfortable.

Being that I actively golf and actually wear watches while golfing, the jubilee looks as though it would be less sturdy and more prone to stretch versus an oyster bracelet. Anyone that has had both styles of bracelets can you give me some feedback on if these are more likely to stretch. I have my reservation about wearing this watch while golfing compared to any of my other sports models based upon this. And no I’m not asking “is it safe to golf with...” I’m going to golf with it regardless, I just am curious if I should play more rounds with other watches for longevity purposes.

Congrats! Love the Blnr. I've actually had mine for one year today thanks to my AD. No worries with the modern jubilee bracelets. Enjoy!!...

I have a jubilee on a DJ41 and an oyster on the Explorer 39. I have no worries about the jubilee. I think the smaller links help it move more and thus it can take more stress. The oyster is very solid and robust. It can definitely take whatever you throw at it. However, I think the larger links on the oyster may make it more susceptible to stretch because it can’t move as much relative to the jubilee.

Congrats on the 126710.

Don’t worry about the bracelet, it can handle everything you will throw at it and more...well beyond your years with the watch. Enjoy it.

Don't worry about it. The time the bracelet will wear out, you'll being swinging in the 'pasture" ! Nothing like golf and a rolex.

Huge congrats, enjoy it worry free

If you keep it clean and perhaps an occasional ultra sonic bath (bracelet only) it will give you no problems.
These ultra sonic things are dirt cheap and work well is my experience. Obviously no necessity.

(Btw the nick name you use instead of the other one is just as terrible )
