Sorry y’all, not a crazy SS sport piece but something that I’ve loved for a while! Recently bought a DJ41 Blue Dial w Smooth bezel and jubilee and was looking for another less ‘blingy’ piece to wear daily. Thought about a SubC no date but saw an OP 39 White Dial in person and was blown away. Elegant, simple and can be worn whenever and wherever. Appreciate everyone’s input on my previous post asking for opinions on whether an OP39 and DJ41 were too similar. At the end of the day, there are definitely similarities but this white dial is just on another level! White in some light, silver and even cream in others. If you’re on the fence about a daily, take a look at the OP39 - you won’t be disappointed.

Congrats!
I agree wholeheartedly- this piece blew me away when I had the chance to try on. Super comfortable and that dial is ever changing. Would love one as a partner to my 114060. Also, I actually appreciate the simplified clasp- no raised coronet and the whole watch is lighter because of it. Perfect under the radar daily driver. I was told the wait would be a year- consider yourself lucky! |
