Panerai age well???

Hello,
I´m starting to get very interested in Panerai watches, just would like to hear your opinion about when they been used a couple of years and the shiny surface gets beat up...

Does a Panerai watch age well, does it still looks good after a few years with brushmarks,nicks etc...???

Let me see some pictures of some worn and abused Panerai watches.
Thanks!
//Fred

It's doesn't age that fast & even if it does, it takes decades

Post-Vendome from PAM001 onwards from Panerai was only released for mass market in 1997.
Too early to tell about long term ageing.

For vintage Panerai & pre-vendome Panerai, they do age well.
Some Panerais from 1940 and 50s are still being worn on the wrist today.

The watch was made for underwater & ship deck use.
It should be sturdy.

U just need to take note that all e watches with T-dial and is more than 10 years old has a slight issue where the Tritium hands or dial may break during servicing.
If they do break or chip apart, replacement is only available in Luminova.

Throw on a new strap, hit the case with a Cape-Cod (SS models) and your good to go. Looks brand new.

Have seen some great older pieces with PVD and beautiful patina'd dials in GTG pics as well.
