broken Panerai

I bought the new Pam 171 and the date will not advance unless I pull crown and use rapid set?? I can't advance 24 hour and It will not advance after 24 hours? Do I have to send away for 2-3 weeks to get it repaired?

The 171 is very nice !! My AD has one in-stock at the moment

Not the end of the world. Not a big problem to correct.Hows it keeping time ? While its in,have them adjust the time if needed.Had my 104 regulated and its now scary accurate !! Local Vendome here takes a week, two at the most.

I just had a complete service on my 177. It was back in less than 3 weeks. Better to send it in - get it corrected...

Panerai does not have the same quality movement as Rolex!!! My Pam112 and my 253 are both defective!!! When I pull the crown of my 112 cannot changed time...look like a gear is broken inside. and my flyback refuse to flyback!!!
