Panerailess

Well, i've gone and done it, the 233 came back and it's sold, as is the 177. So now i'm sat here panerailess and wondering if i can still post here without being thrown out by TR

The good news is that i'm not turning to the darkside just yet, but i've bought my 'grail' and currently saving up to get a PAM 111 as i think everybody needs a PAM

There is no way youve brought a grail, it doesnt exist except for short periods in ones head!

I think you should remove the UK Paneristi badge until you have taken ownership of another! LOL

Panerailess too

I don't have a Panerai either but I never have had one. However, I am getting "the bug" and have been looking at both new and pre-owned.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to which model is best for the first time? Or, is there one to avoid? I really don't know that much about them.

Thanks for your opinions!

Lets see....
I own a NIB 26K which I have never worn, I will be selling it soon (just couldn't pass up the deal, never planned on wearing it)
I have owned a 233 (just sold it after getting it back from service), 090, 88 & 236 all of which have been sold....

I want a 279, 243 and base logo... I will be content with Panerai then (for now at least haha)

So, since I do not have a Panerai I wear now am I allowed?? (really need one with all these straps I keep buying!)

I've got a nice new shiny AP ROC, but as stated above i'll be back

The problem is that i just don't fit a 1950s case anymore, i think everyone knows i love the 233, and my dream watch was always the 289, basically a 233 in rose gold but i got the watch back from a service and it wasn't working anymore, i would add i've lost a bit of weight unfortunately and my wrist has shrunk by about half an inch, and the crown protector just kept stabbing into one of the veins in my hand

I'll try to get them up soon, i've got a slight problem as one of the screws on the bracelet rounded, so it's going in for a day to get fixed and then back to me
