FS: Patek Nautilus Rose Gold 5712r 2015 + Warranty

For sale is a near mint Patek Philippe 40mm rose gold Nautilus model number 5712r. It runs on the Patek made caliber 240 movement indicating time, time, date, moon phase, and power reserve. It shows light signs of wear with light surface hairlines here and there. We offer professional refinishing but I don’t feel this needs it by any means, the hairlines are light and it is currently unpolished. We can do it if the buyer prefers it to be in brand new condition but again, I don’t believe it needs it. It comes fully complete with all box, books, pusher, additional leather strap, and the Patek warranty papers from 2015. Will include a 1 year warranty from Timepiece Perfection Inc.
