Opinion on which watch to sell

I need to sell one of my watches. Opinion on which I should sell.

1. SD43-MK1- First watch so there is some sentimental value. Least worn watch.
2. Explorer 39- Birthday gift from wife. Travel watch. High sentimental value.
3. BLRO 2018 -love this watch. Very lucky to get it from an AD, I don’t think I would be able buy another from an AD.
4. Sub 41 ND - favorite watch. Daily

Easy. Sell the SD43. Don’t attach artificial value to it because it’s your first. You already said it gets the least wrist time.

2 - can’t sell. Wife will kill you.
3 - you love it. ‘Nuff said.
4 - your favorite watch. ‘Nuff said.

2, I love the other ones and I’m not a huge fan of the Explorer. Tough decision, good luck.

Based on your summaries of each, how is this even a question?

SD43. Can’t see how you could sell any other one from what you’re saying

"First watch" does not outweigh "least worn."

Especially since ownership can only be a couple years or so at most.

Sd43 makes most sense for u, it appears.

Least worn. And similar to ur most worn sub.

Other two are different enough for ur collection.. plus one of those have sentimental value.

It’s a no-brainer.

If it was mine, I would keep sd43 and get rid of the sub.

Don’t think he asked what you would sell. He asked what he should sell. Why would he sell a watch with high sentimental value that his wife gifted him?

Not a tough decision. Quite the opposite.

Thanks everyone for your input. I was leaning toward selling the SD43, I just wanted to hear other peoples opinions. I know a lot of people put a put a lot of stock in keeping your first watch.

Sorry guys but I am going to have to disagree with all of you on selling the SD43 mk1. I believe it will eventually be the flat4 kermit of our time and fetch a good premium if you can hold on.

My pick would be to sell the ND Sub, you can get that back the easiest later on. Use the exp for daily.

I think the best one to sell would be the Pepsi because of the value, but also because your wife would probably end you if you sold the explorer lol, but it’s always your decision

Let the SD43 go. Sub 41 is redundant, GMT is unique, Explorer was a gift (should never be sold)

To me it depends on the reason why you’re selling …

If you need maximum funds then it’s the BLNR.

A Watch he doesn’t own. I see what you did there. In other words, keep them all!

Why even sell? sounds like from description, logic would be to sell sr43. I always regretted selling my first rolex.

Never sell a gift, especially from your wife. Unless the wife has "ex-" in front of it.
