I think it's safe to say Fakeroo. I'm no expert, but -- Date looks wrong, paint wrong, sub dial way bigger than I've ever seen, font also looks wrong (too fat)...

Looks pretty suspect to me, the dial looks wrong, the lugs appear to be spread apart, the strap screws seem wrong. I'd stay away unless the seller will let you authenticate it through a local Panerai AD before buying it.

It looks like a fake that someone has tried to 'age', you see this a lot nowadays, the people who are really into the fakes do this to get away from the pristine looking MM's and they think a bit of life in a watch makes it look real.
