Most wrist time? 226659

For those with more than one watch, what gets the most time on the wrist?

For me, the 226659, Rolex Yachtmaster 42 is the one.

It feels great on the wrist, is sporty, and stealthy. I find it is a go to for work and is comfortable for time outdoors in the southern humidity and heat. Glidelock is incredible. For me, the (bidirectional) dive bezel is the most helpful complication in my collection. I’ve been through many watches in the past several years and current collection is listed on my signature below. This could be the only watch if I had to choose.

What is yours?

Great reference, agree with the stealth factor- flat black strap & bezel. Congratulations on the choice!

For me, I have a GMT II LN that looks like a Sub, but with a useful complication. As I work in a non-flashy environment, that's about right for me much of the time. YMMV

Love that watch. I had it as a choice last week but went with a 41mm OP Green dial.

My most worn watches these days are understated with the 214270 probably getting the most wrist time along with 16570, 116710LN, 16710 . Then on nights and or weekends I might wear the 126610LV, BLNR the 116520. OF course there are others that get mixed in.

Just these days and in NYC, I generally prefer lower key watches for walking around and doing what i do..

There was a time the 16710 was worn most of the time for years straight. This year I put on a Jubilee and love it. Also got 3 bezels but haven't changed the Pepsi yet!

Out of mine I still find the BLRO is the one that gets the most wrist time, mainly due to the comfort factor. Nothing beats a jubilee IMHO.

Although, I have to say the new Ed White is close. The small links make it wear very similar.

That white gold yachtmaster is so slick. Needs to be seen in person to appreciate fully.

I've been tending to wear these two more but not exclusively.

I aim to rotate everything. Over the course of about a month, everything gets wrist time, some more days than others.

Same here, these are my two most worn watches. Only difference - my BLRO is on jubilee.

I pretty much wear my BLRO on oyster exclusively. I think I could sell all my other watches.

Although I have many watches I find myself rotating Between my 2005 SS Daytona and My 2018 Halios Seaforth Bronze. The Halios is my favorite watch.

I completely share your opinion. I have some nice Rolex watches including a smurf and also a daytona 116519ln. I now wear a 226659 which I find superb. it is a refined monochrome watch, for which the dial is large, very readable, much less loaded than on other models. the reflections of black and white gold are splendid. I don't understand why this innovative Rolex model isn't more successful

Mine's the YM 116622 pt dial. Most versatile watch I've got.

Explorer II is the daily that takes the abuse. 226659 YM42 is the watch I want to wear the most. I like it so much, I actually baby it a little.

It's a great piece. I'll own a YM eventually. Either the Slate (Rhodium) or the WG 42mm.

I should make a poll out of that. The rhodium and light blue are excellent together. But WG is, well, WG, but with a run of the mill bezel and dial. Would love to know what the forum prefers.

Daytona 116500, either black or white. Before I got those, I’d have to say 126610LV or blue SkyD.

Thanks! Blue would probably win, followed by slate.

Various ones for me at various times. As of late, I might as well only have that one watch, a blue Sky Dweller, as much as I’m wearing that. At other times the same is true for my Sea Dweller. I guess I just like them Dwellers.

Otherwise, the VC Overseas 3rd gen and the Lange Timezone are also watches I’ve worn for months on end.

Explorer 1 - 124270 gets 90%+ of wrist time.

The new BB58 is a close second!

My Speedmaster Moonphase gets the most since I like wearing a non-Rolex to work. Love the exhibition caseback and the fact that it’s a really cool luxury watch that very few people know the cost of.
