Zenith El Primero Revival - A3817

All,
I am itching for a new watch and this one is speaking to me:
Anybody buy one recently? How do you like it at 37MM?

Never tried it on but do prefer smaller watches. Hate the ladder bracelet, though but the strap versions look awesome. Especially drawn to the blackout “Shadow” version!

I would put in on a nice custom distressed leather strap.

In that case, might as well save a few hundred bucks and get the strap version, no?

Same thoughts…love the watch, hate the bracelet. I have the chronomaster original reverse panda

A beautiful watch as well! Curious, did you leave it on the stock strap or get a different one? Something about the watch looks mismatched w/a high gloss reptile (or reptile-lookalike) strap.

FWIW, every time I go back to look at the range, I'm drawn back to the Shadow... If/when I go for a high-end mechanical chronograph, something tells me that'll be the one.

I purchased it on the bracelet, so i never had the OEM strap. I ended up picking up a few saffiano straps from molequin, which I quite like.

Nice. Good balance there: more rugged than reptile skin but more polished looking than pebbled leather.

Yes, and very comfortable…I tend to like thinner straps
