Anyone have Jaques-Droz?

Anyone in here own one of their pieces? I’ve seen a few here and there seems like an interesting brand.

Yes, I purchased the "Charming Bird" in Dubai two years ago and never fail to be amazed by it. Beautiful workmanship and detail..

JD makes some cool pieces, but their standard offerings at 43mm with a thin bezel and very open dial (i.e., hours/minutes and seconds dials in the trademark overlapping "8" layout) seem massive on the wrist.

The 39mm offerings are fewer and I haven't tried one on.

All that said, JD does make some interesting pieces and has its own distinct design aesthetic, which is a nice differentiator.

They moved to a bespoke-only model. So, that is interesting.
