Well gang, after seeing and trying this on at the Rolex AD in the Rome Airport a few weeks back, I bought one.
It was one of those watches that once I tried it on, I knew I had to have it. I had the 126713GRNR, the two tone GMT, which I really liked for about six months and decided to trade that into a full yellow gold. This 126718GRNR just impressed me when I tried it on. I wanted to buy it in Rome that day I tied it on, but I told my wife I was going for a walk in the shopping area of the Rome Airport to stretch my legs after an 8 hour flight. My executive decision making on the spot said to sleep on it as I may raise an eyebrow with my wife and kids. Here goes Dad again. Anyway, this watch has been on my mind since so I made the move. So far, such a pretty watch and it has hints of vintage and new age.
