Most of the coastal towns with smaller populations like 100k or less are pretty nice…

I would love to retire to Coronado, a home along 1st street, right on the water with a view of downtown (I know, big time dreaming).

Back in 1993, my parents looked at a condo in the complex next to the ferry landing, the price was actually reasonable, but the $1,000 per month HOA turned them off. I could have dealt with living there as well.

I remember when they built those condos. You would be neighbors with Manny Machado. He’s got a beautiful place on 1st.

So many amazing parts! North County San Diego, Central Coast, Monterey / Santa Barbara, Napa / Sonoma, South Marin County (Mill Valley, Larkspur, Corte Madera, Kentfield / Ross).

Seems like a lot of Californians prefer the suburbs of Nashville, Austin?
