I dont like the 48 click Tudor GMT 41 bezel

So, as the title states, not a big fan of the 48 click Tudor GMT bezel. I much prefer the 24 click Rolex GMT bezels. I imagine the number of clicks is machined into the steel bezel and that controls the number of clicks. Honestly, I feel the half time zones are rare and not very useful. I say this as a person who travels for a living and is constantly crossing time zones all over the world. To be completely honest, I don't turn the bezel much, but when I do to get a third time, the extra clicks are most of the time useless and a nuisance.

Is there an aftermarket bezel or OEM Tudor that has 24 clicks like the Rolex GMTs? I would like it to be as OEM looking as possible.

Thanks in advance

Before you do that, consider an option.

You can keep the Tudor 100% original by having your watchmaker pull off the entire bezel. Then have the click spring removed. Then reinstall the bezel.

Blessed silence.

True, but the 1 hour per click is a nice reference.. 5 time zones, 5 clicks. I know it seems silly and a trivial complaint, but all those extra clicks do nothing except give extra clicks.

I'm sorry for you - sell the Tudor.

I am annoyed that my 166713LB only has 24 clicks.

I prefer the 48, although a smooth bezel would certainly be in Tudor's DNA.

The good news is that it sounds like it’s time for a new watch!

I go the other way. I prefer GMT bezels that click 60 or 120 times (or have no clicks--free turning). Reason being that I use them as a timing bezel like a diver far more often than I need to turn the bezel to measure an additional time zone.

Not saying there definitively isn't one, but I would be surprised if it exists. And while I agree with you that one jump per one hour timezone change is superior, there's really nothing you can do about it. So if it's a dealbreaker for you, sell the watch.

I guess ask yourself how often you actually track three timezones at the same time. If the answer is rarely or never, the clicks don't matter.

Personally, I prefer 48 clicks since when I had a rotating bezel GMT, I found myself timing things with the bezel way more often than using it for timezones.

The rotating bezel, used as a simple timer, is a feature I appreciate more than any other besides telling time. I use it constantly.

What!! I still have 60 clicks, another reason not to change.

I don't think that I could get used to having fewer clicks - the horror.

Personally I do not like the fact that the modern Rolex GMT bezels no longer click like the Sub.

You could maybe pay a place like Rolliworks to laser weld (fill in) the “extra” click divots on the underside of your bezel ???

Before I retired I traveled to India frequently on business and found 120 clicks to be useful.

I dont like the 48 click Tudor GMT 41 bezel

The 48 positions on my BBGMT Pepsi bezel never used to bother me. The 48 positions on my date wheel used to annoy the hell out of me though!!
