Icon20 New Panerai after a decade - PAM 1526 Carbotech

I love the luminor aesthetic, but they’ve looked comically large on my skinny wrists. I’ve tried 42mm Pams in the past and ended up flipping them almost immediately.
I moved on from the brand after a while and didn’t really pay much attention to new releases.

This week I was at the AD trying out the iwc ingenieurs and this caught my eye. The sales rep mentioned Pam has reintroduced 40mm luminors and well….after some negotiations, I pulled the trigger.

Looks great! I have always steered away from PAM's due to their large case. I have a Sea Dweller, but it wears a lot smaller than the 43mm it is. I'd love to find a PAM that I could enjoy. I really like the Bi-Tempo Luminor Due.

Nonetheless, that watch suits you. Good size! What size wrist do you have might I ask?

yeah, its really nice! Love the matte and patterned finish and also reduces a ton of the heft.

Let's hope it survives the test of time...

It will. I put mine through hell over the last few years.
