seeking green slash card from Rolex box

Probably an odd request...

After I got my watch that my dad had owned, it was sent for servicing to an independent watchmaker in the original box that it came in.

I got it back with a different insert..a light blue pillowy insert with a padded "band" that the watch fit on. Nice, but not what fit the original box.

I need a slash card that would fit a GMT box c. '65-'67.
