watch insurance

I have a new Panerai coming in next week. I am already setting aside a fund for the eventual maintenance, but I thought that I should also get some insurance for it. Since I have never done that before my question is how does one go about acquiring some for a watch.

Been several posts on this topic in the past...

Home Insurance as a rider is the best/least expensive way

I've got my deepsea insured with Jewelers Mutual. Rates seem reasonable and the wife's rings are insured there also.

If you have a Home, use the Home Insurance--->add a rider for watch:

The cost of the insurance is roughly 1% of the appraised value, per year. (ie. $6000 watch = $60/year = $5/mos.)

It is worth it.

Jewelers mutual. You can apply online. Most Jewelry stores use them

Homeowners Insurance (Rider). It cost me $60 to insure my Milgauss for a year.
