Any idea of its quality and collectability? Worth getting?

They have a tough market for resale. If you are buying for investment, you are in for a bumpy ride.

Most Paneraisiti do not consider these to be "true" Panerai watches. Personally, if I wanted a Ferrari branded watch, I'd be more interested in the older Girard-Perregeaux models. They look good and are much cheaper.
