What causes bracelet stretch?
Is it from wearing the watch too tight? Or just from normal usage? Is there anything to do to reverse the stretch?

The metal/bracelet doesn't actually stretch but dirt that gets trapped in between causes it to loosen. Kinda like metal being sanded down.
There are a few watchmakers who are known to repair these type of damage.

I think a big thing that causes a good stretch is HOT YOGA.

Every metal bracelet has moving parts that are always moving when being worn. It's metal on metal with no lubrication now add sweat dirt and dust and you have a nice cutting agent to speed things along. My suggestion has always been to clean you case and band in warm soapy water like dawn maybe a little ammonia once a month and your band will last twice as long. Rikki
