The comfort link on my Sea Dweller is nice and tight, and takes a good press and push to extend, but the one on my Sub LV 16610T pops out nearly every time I take it on and off.

Is there an easy 'tweak' I can do to tighten it up a bit? It 'clicks' into place ok when folded, but very easily pops open again....

I think you are talking about the extension link, mine did the same thing had to tweak it with a pair of needle nose pliers. It had gotten twisted at some point and popped out all the time and left the clasp exposed to bad scenario.
