Are 42 mm Panerai hard to find?
I'm thinking of getting a Panerai, I had a base 44 mm but it felt too big. I just seen online there is 42 mm anyone now what models go with the 42 mm. Thanks

Have a look at the 392
Essentially a 42mm 312 (no '9' on the dial) There are other 42mm models, but I don't have the reference numbers off the top of my head
