Warning to Members: Bizarre Website!

Has anyone seen the above website? It's really bizarre! Somehow they have everything posted here with the word "fake" added. Some might be fooled! I suspect that it is a scam to get people to hand over login details. A whois search https://who.is/whois/https://www.rol....com/index.php didn't provide much info, except that it was only registered last week. Can we do anything about this?
