For me, "OEM" = "original equipment manufacturer"....so, in this case, Panerai.

just went to one of the largest local boutique and the saleslady said all rubber straps are out of stock currently. she written down my contact to a waitlist but said she cant tell when I would actually get it. is there any other way to get it?

Check another boutique or AD,I'd stay away from buying online as there's a possibility of fakes (except if the seller is legit)

Try the boutique in Naples, FL. I bought a fabric strap from them last week over the phone. Great service.
