need help on this one

help me please..
i need the model of my watch so i can order a part that seems to cause the trouble.. (cannon pinion according to the repairman)

There will be many different ones.

If you can have him take a measurement of the pipe of the minute hand it would help.

So...I'm curious...what is wrong with the cannon pinion...is there a tooth broken off...not much can go wrong with one...
