Icon20 Rolex stopped working one week after purchase.

I want to firstly apologize if I don't know the proper terminology for certain things/functions for Rolex. This is my first Rolex.

Hi, I recently purchased a Rolex Milgauss about 5 weeks ago.

Upon normal daily usage I noticed that the watch had stopped working (1 week after purchase). I tried spinning the crown to whined the watch to no avail. I immediately went to my local Rolex dealer "Deutsh & Deutsh" in United States, Texas. Disappointed I explained the lady that it was not exposed to water while the crown was open nor any hits/damages etc and that it simply stopped working today one week after purchase. I had luckily stored my warranty card on my wallet which they asked me to hand over and that they would check with their in house watch specialist. Next day I call and they notified me that there was indeed something wrong with my watch and that they would send my watch to get checked by Rolex. Three (3) weeks later I call the store "Deutsh & Deutsh", and they claim that Rolex repaired it and it was shipped back to them and they will call me once it has arrived. Problem is its been over a week they told me that and they still haven't received it. Couple of things are bothering me at this point.

1.) One being I acted to nice when I should have simply demanded my money back or at least not settled for a fix. I mean I did purchase a brand new not refurbished Rolex.

2.) Sadly because of this delay in which sending the watch and waiting I believe its been already 5 weeks. Hence, I cannot get my money back? Or can I since technically I handed over back to the dealer the watch back a week later and I have proof of a receipt given to me about it.

3.) Does Rolex really take three/four weeks to repair a watch or what time frame should I expect?

4.) I handed over my insurance card and they did not return it back. Does it get shipped with watch?

5.) What would you all do in my situation or what questions should I be asking my dealer.

I want to thank the community for helping a newbie, I can't stress how confused and lost I am on this 8,200 usd purchase. I mean I was under the impression these things would be nearly perfect my luck. Finally is there a contact number for Rolex USA? I'm just curious to verify my watch was actually serviced by them.
