Hi guys...

Looking at picking one of these beautiful Daytona's.... I just love both and can't decide on which one to get... So let's have some fun with this poll... Which one would you get?

Blue dial is stunning, but in my experience any PM scratches too easily....I probably wear my watches too hard.

I'd wait until Basel, a possible WG ceramic would be your ideal watch.

Pick the C. You won't loose any money if you buy it a retail. So you can enjoy it for a bit and then if you feel the desire flip it for the blue. One of the only Rolexes you can do that with.

This is definitely your best advice if you're on the fence.

WG for me. I'm not a huge fan of the "500" black dial.

I voted for the 500 for now. Put a ceramic bezel on that WG and I'm there.

This is an easy one for me and it should be for you too......

Which one speaks to you?

If you are still up in the air I would go with the Black Ceramic Stainless (I'd personally go with that one regardless). Easy to flip and for a profit at that. The precious metal models tend to depreciate much faster.

Also, from personally having had a Daytona the polished bezel is a scratch magnet(same thing with the Explorer II I have).

Hilarious. But really, I'd pick the C all day. Love the blue but for day to day, and value retention, go with the C.

PM over steel usually wins and with the added value of that gorgeous blue dial, it's a no brainer for me.

if a daily, the black with ceramic, but as a special piece (and both can easily be a special piece in a collection), i'd go with the WG & blue.

116500 in black is my favorite all around Daytona....but that blue is awesome...start with the steel, enjoy it, and wait for pricing to come down on the white gold...and if you still want it, flip the steel (if necessary) and get the gold.
