FS: Panerai Luminor PAM48, PAM048, PAM00048, 40mm

For sale is a Panerai Luminor PAM00048. This is a 40mm model, black dial, solid caseback, brushed case, polished bezel, on alligator strap with deployant clasp - whew! Panerai certainly knows how to ever-so-slightly differentiate their models. It's a G serial number, which puts it at 2004 production.

It's in excellent condition with only minor scratches on the case and bezel from normal wear. No major dings, dents, or gouges. Sapphire crystal is perfect. Original alligator strap shows more wear being leather, but still has lots of good life left and looks fantastic. I am the second owner and have only had it a few months. I recently purchased a blue dial PAM0120, which is why I'm selling this one. It does not come with any box or papers, but I guarantee its authenticity. I don't know when it was last serviced, but it runs strong with zero beat error, a nice high amplitude, and gains only 4-5s/day, so it shouldn't need any servicing for a long time (see last photo of timegrapher reading). Date and time set smoothly, power reserve is good, and the crown pulls out and pushes in smoothly.
