Least Favorite Rolex?

It’s probably been discussed but is there a particular model you really dislike? I’ll rephrase and leave money out of the equation. Given the choice to receive one as a gift what would be your last choice? For me, Yachtmaster II. Can’t handle the lettering, a complication I would literally never use and no date. What about you?

Anything with a fluted bezel.

I find the Skydweller particularly heinous in the aesthetics department.

Not wild about the huge yacht master, the sky dweller & most of the extremely bejeweled ones......just my dos centavos

Interesting. Given the choice I would have opted for a smooth bezel on my DD.

YM2 and Air King, with a nod at the smooth bezel of the Milgauss. Not a fan of the smooth bezels. The dial on the AK is busy, and the YM2 is just a mess.

I’ve never seen the appeal of the Yachtmaster.

Daytona for me. But I know I'm in a small minority that dislike it. I just find it too busy. Prefer cleaner dials. It's unfortunate as I had an opportunity to buy one recently, but I declined. Still wonder if I should have bought it and resold it. But in the scheme of things I'd rather tell my local jeweller the truth and them trust me to get new models.

I've put my name down for a new GMT, and they've moved me to top of the list because I declined the Daytona!

Loosen up. Wear what you like and don’t worry what others think. It’s fun to see the different response. Beautiful sub by the way!

I sold my white faced Daytona because it didn't have a date feature. I've never missed it.

Jeeze........ why?

They all have a purpose.

Love them all for what they are and what they are meant to do.

Besides TT or YG there's nothing I really dislike but the Explorer1 Daytona and SkyD have always been non starters for me. The Daytonas a beauty, I tried one on and I get the allure but not enough to go for as I chose the Blnr instead. I Also choose the AK over the Exp1. Can't do Yachtmaster ll either, not my style.

My least favourite is Daytona. Perhaps I compared it with many chronos from JLC, Zenith... even Tudor”s looks better.
The crowns made Daytona look too big
