RSC Dallas turn around time

Does anyone have any recent post lockdown experience with what the turn around time for RSC Dallas has been? I’ve got an 114060 that’s about +5/day dial up and about +2/day crown up. It’s under warranty and I need it polished, so I figured I’d send it in. When I called RSC in Dallas said they were looking at 15 weeks. Just wondering if they’re being overly conservative. Thanks!

If thats your only issue I would definitely not send it in. I'd wait until you have a real issue.

It was a pretty solid drop it took onto concrete. It’s under warranty, but I’m guessing it won’t be covered. I’m surprised the head wasn’t damaged and the only issue was with the bracelet. I got real lucky. It was within half a second a day before and now is far from that. Getting a quality refinish of the bracelet is what I’m looking for just as much as getting it back into +\- 2. That being said though, is +5 face up pretty normal?

My Tudor GMT is currently being repaired for date wheel issue and I was quoted 22 weeks.

I think they are backed up with work.

Sent my Sub Date into Dallas RSC in June after they opened back up. They quoted eight weeks and it was that to the day that I got the watch back. So for what it’s worth, my experience was that their time estimate was what they quoted.

Here’s my Thread on the experience: https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=744423
