116610LN serial number

Took the bracelet off my 116610LN for the first time to put a rubber strap on it....I’m well aware that the serial number is on the rehault, but I take it the serial number is no longer on the outside of the case of the watch under the bracelet now?....I just sort of expected it to be there for some reason, as I’m used to seeing it there with my other 5 digit references,
it’s a December 2018 model.

I believe once the serials were moved to the rehaut, Rolex removed stamping them on the case, no point having them in two separate places.

Yes now but depending on age of watch some have serial only between lugs while others like some M serials have it on the rehaut and lugs. But there is no real 100% cut off time frame, now some V serials had rehaut only, but all single letter G and the new random type serials will have serial on rehaut only.
