BigB/Kevin Medium Colour Ammo Strap

155/95 and 25/25,with beige/tan stitch and handmade polished semi-curved pre-V style buckle .... On the PAM 104

Special mention needs to be made on ...

The feel, quality and smell of the vintage leather
The high quality of manufacture/stitch
Possibly, the best handmade buckle "in the business"

I think it looks great. It is pretty cool only having two holes in the strap, do you tell him what length you want them and were you want the holes?

If the buckle part of the strap is 90mm,the first hole on the tail end needs to be at 55mm from the lug,the second at 65mm.If the buckle part is 95mm then the first hole needs to be at 50mm and the second at 60mm.Thats for my wrist.

Just take some straps you have worn and measure the buckle part of the straps total length and measure the distance of the hole on the other side you use for your wrist. You can then tell the strapmaker where to punch the holes. You have to allow for differences in leather thickness and that the strap you order may not be exactly measure eg. 80mm,it may be say,77mm or 84mm.You have to allow for slight deviation in lengths.

I love the minimal amount of holes.

Expensive, but very much worth it and highly recommended.

Note, this is the Medium colour and is quite dark. The darker colour ammo should be very dark brown.White stitch, should look great on the dark brown.

P.S : For ammo strap, I more like the stitchless strap than stitching. Looks more sexy to me...
