Icon7 New member - pics of my 18k DayDate

Hello everyone.
I have owed my Rolex 18k Daydate for a few years now and it rarely leaves my wrist.
Its the best watch I have ever owned and I just love it.
As you can see its dates from the mid to late 80's and is looking a bit worn now but I kinda love this 'battle scarring'. Its had to put up with being dropped, being worn whilst working on numerous cars, banged into a wall whilst a bit drunk and god knows what else so the question is do I get it refurbished or leave it as it is and just get the bracelet tightened ?

I'd say get it polished and fixed up like new again! You've definitely gotten some great use out of it so far. Why not give it a face lift to show it how much you love it - then give it another 15 plus years of beauty scars before you do it again!

Whats the score in getting it done ?
Someone once told me it takes 3 months - I have no idea on the time needed or the costs.
I assume this is a AD or do I go to Rolex direct ?

Very cool! A watch that has lived the good life of being worn like it was intended. What a great piece.

Are you going to get it serviced at some point, or have you already? It would be great to see it brought back to like-new condition, like only RSC can do.
