Excellent Transaction with bswanson/Impossible Watches

Long-time lurker, first time buyer on TRF. I reached out and had the pleasure of dealing with bswanson aka Jason. It had been a while since I sent a wire and I actually sent an ACH transfer instead of a straight wire. This made things more complicated for the rest of the transaction, and we were going into the weekend, which was pretty nerve-racking because it was a large amount of money.

Jason actually called me and we tried to do some troubleshooting because he was not seeing the wire on his end. His partner/brother Kevin also got in on the call to reassure me. Long story short, ACH and wires do not always have the same routing number and the money bounced back into my account after a couple of days. During that time Jason was very patient and accessible. I wired it correctly the second time and had the watch shortly after. Watch was perfect as described.

I would not hesitate to purchase a watch from bswanson/Impossible Watches again.
