Yup..it is.However- The seller clearly states that the dial is "custom" AKA "aftermarket"...not my cup of tea, but oh, well...

I'd bet the bezel is after market as well as the dial.
I am not sure what is up the seller not having the model/style numbers figured out... The paperwork shows that the watch didn't come from Rolex looking like does in the picture...that is for sure.
