Hi All, how much would you pay for a Vintage Rolex Milgauss no papers ?described as below:

That was not a good buy IMHO. That dial with the black hour markers and matching lume hands is very rare.

If you look at the dial you can see some damage near the 4 O'Clock marker. That is the only major issue with the watch.

The other thing is if this is a 1968 model then it would not properly have the hacking feature. That is a bit worrying as it suggests that the watch is not original.

Loads of damage going on around the batons at 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10. could be because the image is pixelated.

End link looks shot.

Bracelet appears very stretched.

I have seen better condition 1019s for half that. £10k is a lot and personally I wouldn't go near this thing (or the Bay for that matter).

I would have to disagree with the above statements. This Milgauss is an auction piece, I have seen incomplete and slightly better conditioned vintage Milgauss's go for $20k+ at Christies. Would I pay that for a vintage piece? No. I am certain the winning bidder knew what he or she was buying when they won the ebay auction.
