Incoming vintage Seamaster

Bought purely on its classic looks, and Omega's reputation in the 40s, 50s and 60s, a 1952 Seamaster with bumper winding and subsidiary seconds. I know nothing about these, any knowledge / comments would be appreciated.

I've just spent an hour and a half trying to install the correct ("Easyshare" hahaha!) software on my computer. Device is not recognised. I am seriously annoyed. If I ever get it fixed, I'll post pics. Until then........

OK, so it's arrived, and is just way too cool for school. Much smaller than today's behemoths. Small, but perfectly-formed.

I'll try and borrow a camera, but I doubt whether I'll be able to do it much justice.

Model number is 2636-4; serial 13561***

Very nice. Mine is not signed "Seamaster", but apparently this is not abnormal.

Actually the photo thing is no big deal because the photos in my first post are about three million times better than my efforts.
