Your ultimate watch collection.

I've finally narrowed down what i would like my watch collection consist of that could be realistically attainable in the next 5 years.

Here they are. I already have the Sub C and am hoping in the next month and a half to add two more to the collection. The Daytona if i can pressure my AD to just give me the discount i want already and the Squadra or the Panerai if i can get the same deal i got back in March.

I'm content with my current watch collection of a 116610LN, a steel AP Royal Oak 15300ST and an Omega Speedmaster MoonWatch from 1969. But ... a true WIS never stops dreaming of course So here's my ultimate watch collection, on top of my current collection:

- SS ceramic Daytona (fingers crossed for late 2013 market debut)
- Hublot Black Magic 44mm with UNICO movement (hopefully it will come to life in 2012 or 2013)
- Patek Nautilus 5980/1A (way out of my budget, but maybe one day...)

I almost picked up a 15300 with a blue face for 8000 on my last trip but by the time i went to check it out it was sold. There is one notable exception there that i left out and that is a Nautilus 5712 in white gold but that will come only when my net worth is north of 5 million have my beach house in southern france and am driving my Aston Martin lol. If you don't dream you have nothing to aim for.

I'm trying to be a realistic as possible. I would be very happy to have a collection like this.

- GMT-IIc (already have)
- AP Royal Oak 15300 (blue dial)
- Omega Speedmaster pro (meteorite dial LE)
- IWC Portuguese (either 7-day or chrono)
- JLC Master Control (dress watch w/ moonphase)

I like the "iconic" watches.

I don't like to have similar watches competing for wrist time so would only have "a few" no matter how much money I had.

I currently own my ultimate "everyday" watch, a 14060m.

My ultimate "dress" watch would be a Patek 5119j. (probably within 5 years)

My ultimate "vintage" and true Grail is a MilSub.

Along the way I would like a Breitling Emergency for when I climb alone and I'd love a birth year maxidial Root Beer GMT.
