Can this be done? Anyone tried this with their daytona

Thinking of putting the slate dial on my Daytona 116520. Usually you put the red hands on the sub dials, but how would it look with the same silver hands from my stock bLack dial that came with the watch standard.
I wonder if anyone has tried this?

Pics would be good but I doubt it there out there

Nice pic, but I meant the silver hands on the little dials as well as the main hands, so no red hands whatsoever on the dial.

I'd go with the red hands if you can source them

They look

How about red hands for the chrono hands, but not the continuous seconds. I think that would look good, and be functional.

I agree, love the red hands on a black face daytona. I saw one recently where the owner had his DLC coated/black face/red hands and it was different but looked great.

Beautiful, but it definitely means going non-RSC for maintenance :-)

It's almost impossible to read the sub dials.

Agree, lack of contrast otherwise it's a beautiful dial.

Thanks to my good friend thomas, he really took care of me! not to mention the package came ripped open with no dial inside and thomas sent another one out at no cost and no questions asked! what a great person and thank you again thomas! would never have been able to get this dial if it wasn't for you my friend! I enjoy it every time I wear it!
Bob R. did the dial swap for me and did a perfect job as usual

Does that glow-in-the-dark affect appeare on all the all-white gold dials including the slate?
