I hit it with a toothbrush and bodywash about once a month or until it gets so dirty I see dirt in the bracelet joints. In the summer I'm in our pool almost everyday so I don't clean it much. Sorry I cant suggest a solution but I would think ultrasonic cleaning machines specify what to use. I do have one but says water only. Used it once.

L & R Ultrasonic cleaning and rinse solutions. It's what I use to ultrasonic movements so it works great on case and bracelets.

Homemade ultra sonic cleaner: 2 cups water 2 tablespoons of Dawn 1 teaspoon of amonia, mix, degauss for 10 mins and toss in the band for 10-12 min as clean as it will ever get.

Warm/hot water and a table spoon if liquid dish detergent, in my sonic cleaner for 5 minutes. Did my 116610LV last week.

Lots of dirt came out, first ultrasonic cleaning in a year. I use Veraet about 2-3 times a month, gets a shower everyday with me, Lots of soap and water everyday.
