That is an awesome addition, I was at my local AD on Fri, they just got in the Plat DD2 as well ....

I tried it on, but it's a tad too large for my wrists for a dress watch, so I guess I've have to be content with sticking with my 36mm lol.

I totally understand Cary, I tried on many 36MM DD before pulling the trigger on the DDII. I have a 7.75"-8" wrist so the 36MM just looked too small and I'm glad i went for the 41MM.

I'm pretty amazed you found the same dial as mine, as the only one's I've seen at an AD stock pieces were Roman Concentric Dials.

Yeah, my sales guy at the AD was pretty surprised too, he said he was expecting the owner of the AD to order in the the roman concentric too.

My wrists are only 6.75" so the Daytona and Sub etc fit just nicely, but that extra 1mm in the DD2 DJ2 makes enough of a noticeable difference that it seems a little out of proportion. But wow, the Plat DD2 even makes my gold GMT seem lightweight! Would of LOVED to have that chunk on my wrist!!!

That Platinum DD with an icy blue dial is stunning.
