Icon7 In honor of the Bee...

Lets post pictures of other uber cool black and yellow delights which would go nicely with our beloved Bee's!

I'll start with two AMG go fast vehicles!

Yup. 540kg. 0-100kph (62mph) in 2.8sec. 2.3L Cosworth engine. Carbon fiber tub over steel frame. F3 spec 6-speed sequential gearbox shifts in 35ms. 170mph top speed.

Imagine commuting and seeing this in your rear view!

It is an awesome car, I was talking to the two brothers who designed it
at Goodwood festival of speed last year, and was quoted only £45000 to build a bespoke ... Dam it was tempting, ... But as I couldn't fit the wife in... I was screwed

The only fake carbon AP I've seen online was a GP. Other than that, thankfully every other carbon fake is just DLC coated or painted steel. It looks like the crap it is.

I did a quick search just out of curiosity and found a Bee as well. Soooo looked like crap and NOT even close to what a real one looks like other than it was black with a yellow dial.

And back on track...

Here is a model of my 1964 Chev Impala convertible and yep, the real one is the same as the model...yellow with a black interior!

Pic from Internet but mine looks just like it.

Just did a search myself, and this scared the sh#t out of me !!! They have now found a mod to correct date wheel position and crown position, check out this black themes replica... this time though.. The Crown itself is too small and a little low, the case back is still a little thick... But be jeez it's close

We don't talk about replica's on TRF but the short answer is Google it and you will have your answer. If you are looking for an expert opinion of a specific watch, post a pic in the watch out section and I'm sure someone will be happy to give an opinion for you as to if it is real.

Very nice David but it just doesn't evoke the sportiness of the Chevelle.

True but this old girl has been in the family for 32 years. It was a father-son project we restored together when I was a kid and won't ever sell. It's happily enjoying its retirement in Scottsdale with my folks and gets out less than 200 miles a year. I believe it had 65K when we got it and now its in the low 70's. it's official name is Ol' Yeller!
