APB: Apparently, "people know me," and others are impersonating me
APB: Apparently, "people know me," and others are impersonating me
*APB = all points bulletin :) Apparently, "people know me," and others are impersonating me I am flattered by the attention, but seriously, watch out. I just rec'd an email from Will (patek.wis) who I am extremely thankful knows me (at least by name) and thought to forward the exchange below the break. As per his advice, I am putting out an APB. In the event that you are ever involved in a transaction with me, please make sure that you a) contact me at my email address jmp9099 {at]- gmail -[dot} com b) talk to me on the phone at my listed phone number 3477880180; I may also communicate via other phone numbers which link back to me through public records search but I will ALWAYS communicate through that number c) never hesitate to verify my identity through people who I have done transactions with; they have my full name, address, bank details, and probably know something about my particular taste in watches. Also, my signature details have never changed and my references will be able to verify my email address/the phone number I use for initial contacts. If you have been engaged in conversations with "Maxwell Jake" and have any contact information that ties to him, please forward it to me so that I can play armchair police officer. This sort of situation scares me and undermines the trust that attracted me to this community to begin with. Please let me know if you have any advice or information. If you are unable to PM me, please wait 24 hours; I was inactive for a while and am sending my pledge in now but don't know how long it will take for my inbox to open up again. Thanks!
